On your $KY remote, press "Services" press "System Setup", press "Add Channels" and type in/change the following numbers on your $KY remote

Unfortunately the $KY menu system will not add these newly added additions to the standard "TV Guide". To access the new added channels you need to press the "Services" button, then press the "Other Channels" button, and there you will see a list of all the extra channels you have added. Highlight the one you want, and press Select.
