We only ship to within Spain.
All goods sold with a Satseekers 6 month “return to base” warranty ". Warranty null & void if returned items found to be mistreated, used outside normal operating parameters, or modified in any way. Telephone first to obtain returns reference, before returning goods. Goods found to be faulty will either be replaced (with an item of a comparable age/condition) or refunded at the discretion of Satseekers.
Some items maybe covered under a longer warranty period from the manufacturer, these items will be forwarded to the manufacturer, on behalf of the customer, no replacement will be offered.
All goods remain the property of Satseekers until fully paid for.
Incorrectly ordered goods refunded (minus postage & handling charges) at the discretion of Satseekers, telephone first to obtain returns reference, before returning goods.
No refunds will be given for items sent without a returns reference. Items sent without a reference, will incur a "repatriation" postal fee payable in advance.
Satseekers is unable to guarantee the indefinite reception of any channels. This is because the channel providers, change, move, alter transponder parameters, outside of our control (and sometimes transparent to the end user).
The reception of some UK television channels maybe prohibited outside of the UK, it is the responsibility of the customer, to ascertain the legality of receiving such channels.
All items are sent using the National Post Office of Spain “Correos”. We normally send items using the “Insured” postal scheme. If a consignment has not reached its destination within a reasonable time period (by Spanish postal standards), we will chase the consignment, and make a claim on your behalf for the loss.
Licensing - Some of the commissioned items, particularly transmitters (Gnomads and RF Senders), require an operating licence. It is an offence in the UK and some other countries of the world to radiate electro magnetic waves at certain frequencies without a licence. It is the Customer's responsibility to check relevant laws, regulations and directives regarding licensing and putting into service any goods commissioned by SatSeekers. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SatSeekers, it's employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from the improper or unlawful use of goods commissioned by SatSeekers.
