1. Somebody
has to call-out and pay the repair guy, when it goes wrong, and try to
recuperate the money off the other co-owners?
2. Who knows who is connected to the dish? and has anybody made an illegal
connection to it, without the knowledge of the others?
3. Dishes will go out of alignment over time, who decides when it needs
servicing?
We offer a
contract service agreement where we take over the management of the dish system.
Each subscriber connected the system, pays a yearly maintenance fee direct
to us. In return we maintain the system free of charge (except for major
components) and we also 'Police' the system, to stop people from connecting up
to the system, illegally. We also manage the payments from the subscribers.
Anybody who is on the dish, may call us out to make repairs should they be needed,
and do not have to pay any fee.
Pricing
1 - 25 Subscribers €40 Per Year
26 - 50 Subscribers €25 Per Year
51 - 75 Subscribers €15 Per Year
76 - 100 Subscribers €10 Per Year
These prices are much less than the cost of a TV
License in the UK
Terms and
Conditions
1. We pay for the cost of
repair and parts (except for major components) when things go wrong.
2. We do not cover major damage to the system, by outside influences, like
lightning, vandalism and hurricanes etc.
3. Anybody not keeping up to date with their yearly fee, will be disconnected
from the system.
4. We reserve the right to charge and connect new customers, up to the system.
5. We expect subscribers to pay their yearly fee (either in Euros or the
equivalent in Sterling) by direct debit.
6. We reserve the right to impose an administration fee on late payers, if we
have to chase payment.
7. If a major component is required to repair a fault, this will be divided and
invoiced out, to each subscriber at cost price.
8. We require 24 hour access rights, to the site and/or any TV cupboards of the
TV system
9. We require to be supplied with our own access set of keys.
10. We require that no other company or individual, be allowed to tamper with
the system.
